St. John's Church has been a place of worship in Vancouver since the 1920's. It has been built on the traditional teaching of the church; and our style of worship and teaching is firmly rooted within the best traditions of the Anglican Church. For us, as for most Christians, worship is the core around which all  of our life revolves.

We are establishing a daily pattern of Morning and Evening Prayer and a celebration of the Eucharist to form the foundation of our life together. The liturgy for our services is a mixture of traditional and contemporary. 8am Holy Communion is taken from the Book of Common Prayer, whilst all the remainder are derived from the Book of Alternative Services.
