St John’s is Your Church
Children and families have a special place at St John’s Shaughnessy. During each Sunday 10:00 am Eucharist there is a Children’s Talk when the children can hear the Gospel message in a way that they can understand.

Children’s Church
Through lessons infused with the arts, children hear the Gospel message and think about their own place in the community.

Apprenticeship Program
Once a month, children stay in church and take part in the whole Eucharist. We provide quiet, contemplative activities to support them. We appreciate our families.

Come to a Welcoming Community
Celebration of communion is at the heart of our community. Each Sunday, children have a chance to participate. Time after time, they learn the depth of God’s love.
